KIASMA GLASS
Design Sari Anttonen
Produced by Reflex Design
for the Kiasma Store in Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki
In the design can be found the concept of kiasma (crossing over). Its sides are asymmetric and his shape emerges at the crossing of geometric and organic. It takes glass to its optimal potential: a organic in its very nature, geometric as cultural designed object. When looking at more than one glass at the same time, there comes an impression of uniqueness even though each glass is similar.
